» Strip Foils
Strip foils are completely soft annealed aluminum alloy having colorless LDPE as the sealant. They are supplied either in reel form, jumbo roll, reel wandering or as card board carton. The peel Strength of LDPE to foil is 200 gms/15 mm min and seal strength of foil is 450 gms/15 mm min.


» Blister Foils
For securing pharmaceutical products, specially made hard aluminum alloy is used as the foil material. We have to follow the set government regulations while producing such materials for medicines & drugs. Thus, the heat seal coatings are done with colorless vinyl coatings. Heat sealing of resin is perfectly suitable to PVC/PVCD coated PVC films. Even lacquer coating is there if at all required. The customers' considerations are taken while packing pharma products. Even card board cartons are as well used. Test Certificate are provided for actual observed values of different parameters.


» Cold Form
In order to protect pharmaceutical products, we use aluminium foils, since, they have unique cold forming quality. They are perfect as a barrier material. They are absolutely perfect for specific applications. These materials are specifically used for packing tablets, capsules, pills and is ideal for for cold form blister packaging machines.
