The limitation of wall thickness limitation depends upon the section configuration and alloy composition.

There are at least three proper zi mills in our factory which has the capacity to produce 40,000 tonnes redraw wire rods annually of 9.5 mm dia (CG/EC grade/allloy rods) to cater to the needs of conductor (AAC, ACSR and AAAC) and cable manufacturers.

» Ingots
For normal & alloy pigs production, we are equipped with pig casting machines. We even produce slabs and billets through semi-continuous direct chill casting technique. In order to manufacture master alloys of supreme quality, we have an induction furnace set up as well to cater to the requirements.

We supply machined billets having a dia of 200 mm and above while turned condition up to 900 mm length with or without ultrasonic testing. These are made available only on specific requests. Hollow billets can also be supplied.

We even supply harder group with a high intake of copper and zinc & billets suitable as forging stock. These are as well produced on demands.
