Polyester was one of the great man-made fibre discoveries of the forties and have been manufactured on an industrial scale since 1947. Polyester fibres are the first choice for apparel and also for many films used for packing.

Printed Polyester film features superior performance in printing, metalizing and cold seal applications. These films are printed with symbols, logos or personal messages. Polyester films are printed with color inkjet using a laser printer.

Ultralam inks have been carefully formulated to offer sharp printability for solid as well as halftone jobs on polyester film at varying speeds. Good lamination characteristics are in built in these inks to make them suitable for lamination with the polyester films to satisfy the needs of a variety of packaging applications.
